Job summary

Hilton seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations across hotel facilities in Charleston, SC. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service for guests.

You will lead a team of technicians, supervise external contractors, and respond quickly to maintenance requests, delivering reliable, welcoming hospitality consistent with Hilton standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility safety and compliance for buildings, mechanical/electrical/HVAC and life safety systems.
• Supervise maintenance operations: assign daily tasks and document completed work in the PMS.
• Oversee contractor work: supervise external contractors and inspect quality and compliance.
• Respond to service requests: address maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and guide maintenance staff.
