Responsibilities

• Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas
• Assign, inspect, and verify room readiness, reporting discrepancies
• Monitor work schedules, payroll, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
• Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson tasks as needed to maintain service levels
• Address guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
