- Perform preventative maintenance on emergency lighting systems property-wide.
- Maintenance of fire life safety systems and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks in guest villas.
- Maintain fire life safety logs and documentation.
