You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, HVAC, and related equipment, ensuring guest comfort and safety; lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods may be required. Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance roles at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging, welcoming personality; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components.
• Repair woodwork, doors, walls, and flooring.
• Maintain maintenance logs and submit reports on time.
