• Minimum of three (2) years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, or technical disciplines is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry as needed.
• Inspects fixtures and lighting, maintains parts stock.
• Responds promptly to maintenance orders and completes work orders.
• Conducts daily rounds and reports issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
