Zellis Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Colorado team. You will greet prospects, guide them from tour to move-in, and manage applications with precision using Yardi, while keeping listings current across platforms.

You will assist residents with service requests, conduct market surveys, and contribute to marketing efforts to drive successful leasing outcomes with a focus on hospitality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a customer-facing role; leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Comfort with software and online listings.
• Strong communication and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property, vacant units, and model units daily to ensure tour path meets standards.
• Lease apartments with hospitality-first approach; communicate pricing and features.
• Guide prospects through the full application process in Yardi.
• Process approvals/denials and walk applicants through next steps.
• Prepare lease paperwork and ensure compliance before move-in.
• Coordinate welcoming move-in experiences with residents.
• Review online listings for pricing, photos, and details.
• Conduct market surveys to inform pricing and marketing decisions.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, walk-in, and ILS; log activity in Yardi.
• Assist residents with maintenance requests via Yardi and communicate timelines.
• Deliver standout customer service at every touchpoint.
