Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, building a team that delivers outstanding hospitality.

You will drive revenue through guest engagement and upselling, train hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure operations are guest-ready on high-volume shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• When leading, you will manage multiple food & beverage areas on busy shifts.
• You must drive sales through guest engagement and upselling.
• You will train and schedule hourly leaders to uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service and event support.
• Recruit, train, and coach teams to meet company standards.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, and inventory accuracy.
• Support FOH/BOH on the floor and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is ready for guests during high-volume shifts.
