Glorieta Adventure Camps in Northern New Mexico seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead a guest-facing team across campus, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and operational readiness of facilities.

You will recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping, lodging, and guest services staff, set standards, manage scheduling and budgets, and partner with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience during retreats, conferences, and events. On-site housing and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising hospitality staff.
• Experience in housekeeping, lodging operations, and guest services.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead non-food hospitality operations across campus, ensuring quality and guest readiness.
• Set hospitality standards, methods, inspection processes, and procedures.
• Manage housekeeping and lodging operations to keep facilities guest-ready.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development of staff.
• Plan staffing levels based on occupancy and events.
• Partner with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee laundry and linen operations and inventory.
• Direct labor, purchasing, and budget management.
