McAlister’s Deli in Palestine, TX is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house teams and to guide guest experiences. You will be on the front lines, instructing, guiding, and developing teammates to deliver an exceptional visit.

The role requires at least one year of management experience, open availability (50 hours/week) and a commitment to Genuine Hospitality and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Hiring, training and development of team members.
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen.
• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders.
• Interact with guests and ensure their experience in our restaurant is one-of-a-kind.
