McAlister’s Deli is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager (Assistant Manager level) to lead teams on front and back of house, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

You'll recruit, train, and develop team members, manage labor, costs, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement. The role requires opening, mid, and closing shifts with at least one year in management.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience required.
• Open availability for 50 hours/week with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop restaurant team members.
• Run successful shifts in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction through Genuine Hospitality and service excellence.
• Monitor labor, food, and product costs to maintain profitability.
