Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations strategy across the hotel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with bargaining agreements and laws.
• Manage labor disputes including negotiations, grievances, mediations, arbitrations, and EEOC and local issues.
• Advise senior leadership on labor-related matters, offering strategic support for conflict resolution and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and fair application of procedures across the organization.
• Oversee wage administration in line with labor agreements and compensation structures.
• Develop and coach a high-performing labor relations team through performance management and development programs.
