Qualifications

• 10+ years in Labor Relations with at least 5 in a leadership role.
• 5 years of experience with Unite HERE.
• 3-5 years in Hospitality, F&B, or Retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement labor strategies and programs.
• Manage union relationships and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations.
