Job summary

Trailborn is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to drive onboarding, service standards, and change management across the portfolio. You will partner with property leadership to build capable teams and deliver consistent guest experiences.

This role will own training development, onboarding materials, and transition plans for openings and rebrands, while coaching site trainers to maintain brand standards and measure success through key metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience designing multi-property training programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across U.S. hotel locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training curricula for all hotel departments.
• Create onboarding materials articulating the Trailborn service philosophy for new hires.
• Lead people-side of openings, rebrands, and operational changes with transition playbooks.
• Partner with GMs to identify skill gaps, evaluate training effectiveness, and report on metrics including GSS scores.
• Certify and develop property-level trainers through a Train the Trainer program.
