• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks, mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.
