Job summary

Hilton is seeking a part-time Utility Steward to help keep our kitchen and dining areas spotless while delivering warm hospitality. You will clean serviceware, monitor stock levels, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth service.

You will also support events by prepping and setting up serviceware, and you will train teammates to strengthen the team. You must comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to protect guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and organized for seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new stewards to strengthen team performance
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
