The steward/dishwasher role involves setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards at our hotel properties.

Key duties include sorting and washing dishes, keeping a clean workstation, expediting cleanware to the cook line, and removing trash at shift end.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
• Expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas as needed
• Remove trash during and at the end of the shift
• Clean and store floor mats
