Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and pleasant atmosphere in the kitchen at all times.
• Perform opening and closing side work as required.
• Maintain storerooms and refrigerators and keep them clean.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Complete time/temperature logs for HACCP compliance.
• Maintain a positive demeanor in high-stress situations.
• Operate the dishwashing machine: setup, load, run, and unload clean dishes.
• Keep dishwasher area clean and maintain filters.
• Place clean dishes on shelves for reuse.
• Stock various food and beverage concession outlets.
• Hand wash and scrub pots thoroughly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
• Empty trash and keep dumpster areas clean.
• Report safety hazards to the manager.
