Responsibilities

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware to provide cooks and servers with equipment.
• Operate dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils used in kitchen, room service, banquets and cafeteria.
• Perform general and deep cleaning to meet Health Department and hotel standards.
• Restock dishes, utensils, glassware and condiments; rotate stock with FIFO labeling.
• Set up mise en place and stations for events; assist banquet steward as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of cafeteria, service areas and storage; handle waste removal.
