Job summary

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach & Golf Resort in Puerto Rico seeks a Steward to maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and to uphold the highest sanitation standards. You will assist kitchen staff in keeping the kitchen and storage areas clean and organized, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workspaces.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and uphold the highest sanitation standards.
• Assist kitchen staff in keeping the kitchen and storage areas clean and organized, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
• Assist with proper food storage and rotation.
