Qualifications

• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and keep supplies stocked at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Answer guests' questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a positive service attitude.
