Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa seeks an IT Technician to install, configure, operate, and maintain hotel IT systems and related infrastructure. You will ensure compliant, reliable technology for associates and guests across multiple platforms.

The role requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining backups and system availability. Weekend coverage and on-call duties may be required to support critical system outages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience is preferred.
Experience in hospitality IT systems is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Provides IT support for all hotel computer systems and installs hardware/software.
Ensures PCI and corporate IT policy compliance across systems.
Troubleshoots network and system problems and coordinates with vendors as needed.
Provides onsite support for company-issued devices and telecom needs.
Maintains system monitoring, backups, and log reviews.
Performs OS patching, updates, and performance tuning.
On-call coverage including nights/holidays when required.
