Job summary
Park Hyatt St. Kitts is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support the hotel’s technology infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of all information systems.
The role involves assisting departments in maximizing the use of hotel systems and technology solutions to improve efficiency, service delivery, and guest experiences. Responsibilities include technical support, troubleshooting, training, system administration, and maintaining security of IT assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience in Information Technology, Help Desk, or systems administration preferred.
- Experience with hospitality applications and PMS/POS is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hotel systems, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist departments in utilizing property systems to support operations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technology issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Support hotel applications including PMS, POS, telecom, guest internet, and business apps.
- Monitor system performance and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and implementations.
