Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, MN is offering a Hospitality Intern opportunity for high school or college students curious about hospitality, culinary, golf, or guest services. The role provides a behind-the-scenes look at how a world-class resort operates, with rotations across Guest Services/Front Desk, Golf Operations, Culinary/Kitchen, and other departments based on interest and openings.

You’ll learn guest service fundamentals, time management, and teamwork, while supporting daily operations

Qualifications

• High school or college student interested in hospitality, culinary, tourism, golf, recreation, or customer service.
• Comfort with flexible responsibilities across departments as openings arise.
• Willingness to learn, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and a smile; assist with check-ins and inquiries.
• Support behind-the-scenes tasks to keep lobby and front desk running smoothly.
• Assist with golf shop check-ins, tee sheet organization, and range setup.
• Help with food prep, plating, and station setup in a kitchen or kitchen-adjacent area.
• Assist with housekeeping, recreation, spa, or other departments based on interest and availability.
• Learn from leaders and gain real experience in hospitality operations.
