KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, managing multiple project phases with attention to detail and timelines.
• Passionate about mentoring and contributing to a positive, supportive studio environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and present innovative design concepts rooted in brand storytelling and guest experience.
• Lead or contribute to the design and documentation process, from schematics through construction administration.
• Participate in client presentations, vendor coordination, FF&E selection, and site visits.
• Support team growth by sharing expertise, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to an open, collaborative studio culture.
