Job summary

IA Interior Architects in the United States is seeking an experienced architect to lead hospitality projects from concept through construction administration. The ideal candidate will translate client goals into practical, high-quality interiors and mentor a collaborative design team.

You will coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and consultants, prepare construction documents in Revit, ensure codes and accessibility, and help maintain schedule and budget while delivering memorable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of architectural experience, with hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience producing construction documents.
• Working knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction practices.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural documentation from concept design through construction administration.
• Prepare construction documents and technical details using Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, lighting designers, and specialty consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Assist in resolving design and technical challenges while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget.
• Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and project presentations as needed.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities.
• Ensure projects meet applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, and client standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, design-focused studio environment.
