Hyatt is seeking a Human Resources Manager for Thompson Central Park New York. You will lead recruitment, compensation, employee relations, safety and training, reporting to the Director of HR, and oversee the New Hire Training Program.

The role requires 2–4 years HR experience, a college degree in HR/Management/Business, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills; familiarity with HR laws and HRIS tools is valued. On-site position with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive responsibility, experience, and training in Human Resources.
• College degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Management, or Business.
• Advanced training or education in Human Resources.
