A-1 Hospitality Group in Kennewick, WA is seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to partner with our hospitality teams and support, grow and develop our staff.

This in-office role emphasizes employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, policy development and ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Based at our Corporate Office, the position offers hands-on HR leadership with a competitive hourly wage of $32.00–$35.00.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree; certificate or diploma in HR Management or related area REQUIRED.
• Progressive HR experience REQUIRED.
• Hospitality industry experience is a significant asset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hotel leadership to manage people matters across the portfolio.
• Guide management on performance and progressive discipline issues.
• Conduct investigations and liaise with legal for employee relations matters.
• Lead recruitment efforts for hospitality roles with support from Recruitment Advisor.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, payroll and HR teams to ensure timely onboarding.
• Monitor HR data and market drivers to adjust recruitment and retention strategies.
• Assist with compensation and benefits reviews and changes.
• Develop and deliver HR training and policies.
