Delaware North Gaming is hiring an HR Manager to join the Wheeling Island Casino HR team in Wheeling, West Virginia. The role focuses on onboarding, training, compliance, employee relations, and collaboration with local and enterprise HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations responsibilities.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred, with fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Union experience required, including grievance handling and labor-management relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members on employee relations matters.
• Manage the full employee relations lifecycle including coaching, investigations, and separations.
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations challenges while ensuring positive employee experience and legal compliance.
• Provide guidance on labor relations matters including contract interpretation and grievance management.
