Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a guest-facing role (min 6 months).
• Hospitality experience preferred for a 5-star guest experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Local knowledge of Tucson and a helpful guest-orientated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism—be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out.
• Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions—you're the insider they didn’t know they needed.
• Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may require.
• Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs.
• Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care.
• Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments.
