The role emphasizes employee relations, investigations, disciplinary decisions, and a strong focus on engagement, compliance, and budget guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel HR experience or hands-on experience in employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary decisions.
• Union experience is a valuable asset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR strategy and operations aligned with hotel objectives and policies.
• Oversee HR daily activities: recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance, and team member relations.
• Administer HR systems and reporting; ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support financial goals by managing HR budgets and resource use.
• Enhance team engagement through programs, events, and communications.
• Cultivate a high-performing team with performance management and development.
