Job summary

Highgate Hotels is offering a Human Resources Internship at our Corporate Offices in Irving, TX. This 10-week, onsite program runs from June to August and provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, onboarding, recruiting, employer branding, and employee communications.

You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, gain real-world experience in corporate hospitality, and contribute to initiatives that reflect Highgate’s culture and values across internal and external channels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR, recruiting, employer branding is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with Outlook/Teams helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities in the corporate office.
• Assist with administrative tasks within the HR department.
• Create new hire files and audit employee records.
• Support corporate office event planning and execution.
• Assist with recruitment via social platforms and posting opportunities.
