The role covers benefits administration, HR processes, onboarding, and employee communications.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused, with HRIS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative office experience, preferably in HR or hospitality.
• Experience supporting HR processes, employee communications, or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based systems.
• Customer service-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage Human Resources inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet applicants, Team Members, and leaders with courtesy and professionalism.
• Support HR leadership with generalist and administrative responsibilities.
• Distribute employment applications and enter data into HR systems.
• Prepare and maintain application packets and review new hire documentation.
• Assist with coordinating HR orientation and benefits communication.
• Assist with benefits enrollment processing and COBRA correspondence.
• Maintain employee benefit files and HR records.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive, service-focused environment.
