MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector in the United States to oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and adherence to the company’s 7-step cleaning process across multiple sites. Responsibilities include training staff, assigning duties, inspecting units, reporting maintenance needs, and maintaining inventory while ensuring timely turnover and exceptional guest

Competenze

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prepare rooms for housekeeping during peak periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy/peak periods.
• Assist in training staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or wear and report as necessary.
• Inspect units and prepare clean units for turnover.
• Ensure safe working environment at each site and office.
