Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons, manage room readiness, and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality settings.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and performance of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team: lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee room readiness: assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting discrepancies.
• Oversee operational logistics: monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
• Coordinate maintenance needs: partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
• Support housekeeping operations: perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
• Delight guests: address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
