LINE Austin is seeking a dynamic House Person to join our hospitality team. You will help maintain a spotless, welcoming environment by supporting room attendants, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and prepared for guests.

You will communicate across departments, follow safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to uphold our premium standards and guest experiences at LINE properties.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Notify supervisor about rooms that need maintenance or out of order.
• Strip rooms, remove trash, and assist Room Attendants as needed.
• Ensure bedding is changed between guests including duvet covers.
• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Keep storage areas stocked according to par levels.
• Report deficiencies in rooms or public areas to the supervisor.
• Vacuum carpets, clean hallways and stairwells, and manage linen closets.
• Stay aware of hotel services and amenities to assist guests.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
