Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation in New Orleans seeks a House Attendant to assist the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors, deliver linens, transport to laundry, and support public areas and laundry tasks.

You will work with Room Attendants, handle supplies, and participate in deep cleaning projects when required, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to Sonesta standards.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• English reading, writing and communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants on assigned floors with linens and supplies.
• Deliver clean linens to Room Attendants and collect dirty linens for laundry.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of closets and corridors.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with supervisors.
• Support with deep cleaning projects and public areas as needed.
