Sweetwaters in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment across dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces. You will support guest experience by routine cleaning, stocking supplies, and keeping facilities organized.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with pay $16–$18 per hour. Join a seafood-forward waterfront restaurant focused on hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or event setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of event spaces, restrooms, kitchens during and after events.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for all surfaces, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Organize and tidy event spaces and storage areas as needed.
• Safely store and handle cleaning supplies per safety protocols.
• Respond to requests from event managers and clients professionally.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling during and after events.
• Monitor and replenish restroom and common area supplies.
• Report issues to Captain or Manager for timely resolution.
• Wear non-slip shoes on duty.
• Perform additional tasks to support event operations.
