Job summary

RA Sushi - Tucson is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate with servers to keep the dining room flowing smoothly.

You will answer phones, handle reservations, and ensure guests have menus and directions. A prior hostess experience is preferred and you must be eligible to work in the United States. This is a full-time front-of-house role at our Tucson location.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to tables, balancing flow among servers.
• Manage queue, reservations, and seating rotations.
• Communicate with servers and bussers about seating and guest needs.
• Maintain lobby area and hostess station cleanliness and supplies.
• Answer phones and assist guests with directions and hours.
