Flanigan’s is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests as they arrive, manage seating and the wait list, and answer questions with a positive, guest‑focused attitude. You will escort guests to tables, maintain the foyer, and coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth service.

The role requires the ability to speak, read, and write English, plus Florida food safety certification. A 5‑day work week with opportunities for growth and benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program as per Florida statutes.
• Complete and pass Florida food safety certification program.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and guide them to their tables.
• Escort guests to tables and manage seating flow for efficient dining.
• Maintain a neat host/hostess area and restock menus as needed.
• Answer phones, field questions, and direct guests to the appropriate staff.
• Manage and communicate guest questions or concerns to the manager on duty.
• Handle shift changes and opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Conclude guests’ visit with a friendly farewell and thanks.
