Job summary

Flanigan's is seeking a friendly and hospitable host/hostess to greet guests as they arrive and guide them to seating with a warm, engaging demeanor. You’ll manage the wait list, assist with flow, and ensure guests have a positive first impression from entry to departure.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with the front-of-house team, and performing opening/closing duties. A cheerful attitude and language proficiency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Must speak, read and write English.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program.
• Complete Florida food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile.
• Manage seating flow and wait lists.
• Escort guests to tables in a timely manner.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to staff.
• Conclude visits with friendly farewell.
• Assist with shift changes and opening/closing duties.
