Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking a friendly host/hostess in Miami, FL. You will greet guests, manage seating, and guide guests through the dining experience with a welcoming Smile Talk.

Responsibilities include managing the wait list, answering inquiries, and supporting opening/closing duties. A positive attitude and English proficiency are essential, along with Florida certification compliance.

Qualifications

• Must greet guests warmly and maintain a cheerful, professional image.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program and Florida food safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to tables.
• Manage seating flow and the wait list efficiently.
• Engage guests with Flanigan’s Smile Talk during seating.
• Answer phones within four rings and direct inquiries.
• Keep foyer/host station clean and restock menus.
• Conclude guests' visit with a friendly farewell.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
