Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises in Florida is seeking a friendly host/hostess to welcome guests at arrival, seat them efficiently, and guide them through the dining experience. You’ll greet guests with our signature hospitality, manage the wait list, and coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include answering questions, directing guests to the proper staff, maintaining foyer cleanliness, and providing a warm farewell as guests depart.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with state statutes.
• Complete food safety certification program in compliance with state statutes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to tables in a timely manner.
• Efficiently manage the Wait List and seating flow.
• Answer phone and direct guests to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean foyer and dining area throughout shifts.
