Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking friendly, hospitable Hosts/Hostesses to welcome guests and manage seating flow. You’ll greet guests, assist with the wait list, answer questions, and help maintain a clean foyer and dining area.

Requirements include the Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs, good English reading/writing skills, and a willingness to work a five-day schedule. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Manage the seating flow and wait list efficiently
• Answer guests' questions and relay concerns to the manager on duty
• Maintain a clean foyer, host/hostess station, and wait area; restock menus and ensure cleanliness
• Take and relay shift changes; assist with opening/closing duties
• Support restrooms and ensure overall guest comfort
• Handle phone calls within four rings and direct guests to appropriate staff
• Conclude guest visits with Flanigan’s Smile Talk
