Job summary

CRAVE is seeking a friendly host/hostess to check in guests, greet tables, take reservations and keep the dining area organized. You will manage OpenTable entries, seat guests promptly, and ensure the host stand is clean and inviting.

This on-site position offers a flexible schedule, wages between $14.00 and $16.00 per hour, and opportunities to work with a collaborative team. Join CRAVE to help create memorable dining experiences through proactive communication and great guest service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with management, servers, and guests.
• Basic reading skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in all guests and highlight on OpenTable.
• Answer the phone, take reservations, and take takeout orders.
• Ensure menus are clean and organized.
• Greet, check in and seat guests.
• Review open table reservations and plan the shift.
• Capture important guest information on OpenTable.
• Collaborate with manager to ensure proper wait times.
• Keep restrooms and host stand clean and stocked.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
