Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, wear proper uniform.
• Accept and book reservations; offer alternatives if preferred times are unavailable.
• Quote accurate wait times and guide guests to seating or bar as needed.
• Keep floors and dining areas clean and organized.
• Assist in bussing tables when needed during busy periods.
• Provide directions and information to guests as required.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to proper department.
