Job summary

The Ranch - Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking Busser and Food Runner to support our dining room team with true Texas hospitality. You will assist servers, keep tables ready, and ensure guests have everything they need while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include medical insurance for hourly staff averaging 30 hours per week, a 401k after one year, and growth opportunities into management and leadership

Qualifications

• Previous food service or other relevant customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to understand & communicate using basic English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service and assist guests as needed
• Keep dining areas stocked and tables ready for guests
• Support servers to ensure guests have everything they need while dining
