Job summary
M Cocina Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking a Server for a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure attentive service while preparing final bills and handling payments.
A strong focus on hospitality, accuracy, and guest satisfaction is essential. Qualified applicants will have at least one year of server experience, be able to work 18+ years old, and possess valid Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications.
Qualifications
- Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Minimum one year experience as a server
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with attentive, personalized service
- Inform guests of specials, menu items, ingredients, and changes
- Make guest-focused menu recommendations
- Take orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
- Monitor guest dining experience and respond to requests
- Assist fellow servers and bussers as needed
- Maintain clean service areas and proper table setup
