NAIA, a Greek-Levantine dining destination by DineAmic Hospitality along the Chicago River, seeks hosts to deliver exceptional first and last impressions. You will manage reservations, guest flow, and seating, while maintaining a welcoming entrance and lobby area.

Ideal candidates are hospitality-driven, communicate clearly, and collaborate with managers and service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest engagement, including rewards program introductions.

Qualifications

• Previous host or customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with reservation platforms and POS systems (OpenTable/Toast preferred).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and manage the entrance and lobby flow.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins with accuracy.
• Quote wait times, seat guests to balance service flow, and assist phones.
• Support service staff during peak periods and promote rewards program.
