Responsibilities include handling reservations, coordinating seating, answering inquiries, promoting specials, and ensuring a smooth dining experience in collaboration with the service team. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of host experience in fine dining or high-volume settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, manage waitlist, escort to tables and provide a positive first impression.
• Handle reservations, confirm bookings, and optimize table turnover while accommodating guest preferences.
• Coordinate seating with staff, address special requests, and maintain a tidy host station.
• Answer phones, provide menu information, and promote specials or promotions to guests.
• Work with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.
