Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner and seat them as directed by management.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with staff and managers.
• Answer phones and assist guests with information and bookings.
• Assist with opening tasks such as table setup and cleaning as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests when required.
• Receive coats/packages at coat check and organize belongings.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain professional demeanor.
• Assist with service steps and ensure guests' questions are answered.
